As a Senior Associate - Research& Insights , the core responsibilities would be around independentlyexecuting research studies / projects and supporting the Team in translatingresearch findings into actionable insights. This includes -
Planning and executing qualitativeresearch studies in line with research objectives and discussion guides
Identifying and reaching out to relevanttarget audiences and inviting them for research discussions
Conducting research discussions /moderations with users and stakeholders
Ensuring quality of user interactionsand capturing relevant insights during sessions
Transcribing and organizing completeduser sessions
Supporting analysis of qualitative dataand identifying key themes, patterns and insights
Supporting preparation of researchreports and presentations
Scripting survey questionnaires andcreating survey links
Coordinating survey distribution usingCRM tools
Monitoring survey responses and ensuringdata quality
Preparing scorecards and researchtrackers
Supporting quantitative data analysisand report preparation
Highlighting key findings and trendsfrom research data
Interacting with cross-functional teamsto gather required inputs such as databases, prototypes, product information,etc.
Coordinating with stakeholdersthroughout the research process
Maintaining a structured repository ofresearch documents and outputs
Maintaining logs for data requests andresearch activities
Collating stakeholder feedback andtracking action steps based on research findings
Supporting multiple research projectssimultaneously and ensuring timely execution
Other activities, as required
3 - 4 years of Market Researchexperience in a market research agency / company handling both qualitative andquantitative studies
Hands-on experience in conducting userinteractions / interviews and supporting research projects end-to-end
Strong proficiency in Excel and PPT is amust
Good analytical and problem-solvingskills
Strong oral and written communicationskills
Fluent in English and Hindi (Any otherregional language will be a bonus)
Ability to independently manage researchactivities and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
Fintech / consumer internet backgroundis good to have
Self-starter / go-getter /self-motivated individual
Strong attention to detail and abilityto work in a fast-paced environment
