Senior Associate Replenishment Complaints

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and resolve replenishment-related complaints and operational issues.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, FC, Stores and other internal teams for issue resolution.
• Track pending cases and ensure timely closure within defined TAT.
• Monitor and follow up on tickets to ensure timely resolution and closure.
• Identify recurring issues and support RCA and process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on pending concerns.
• Ensure smooth coordination between warehouse operations and replenishment processes.
• Prepare and maintain basic reports, trackers and MIS using MS Excel.
