Senior Associate- Production

We are looking for a *Senior Associate Production* with strong experience in *production data management, SAP, BOM management and production accounting*. The role will be responsible for maintaining accurate production data, managing BOMs and supporting production closure and yield analysis activities.

# Key Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain *production data and Bill of Materials (BOM)* in SAP.

* Coordinate with *Production, Sales, Purchase, Materials, Finance and Laboratory teams* to ensure accurate BOM structure, components and quantities.

* Handle *BOM creation, maintenance and change requests* and ensure accuracy across multi-level BOMs.

* Perform *day-to-day production accounting* and *month-end production closure activities in SAP*.

* Conduct *yield analysis and verification* of production data.

* Ensure BOM and routing changes are properly reviewed, validated and updated in the system.

* Maintain accurate production-related master data and records.

* Resolve issues related to *BOM and item creation/maintenance* in coordination with relevant stakeholders.

* Work closely with cross-functional teams to construct and update BOMs.

* Utilize *SAP T-Codes* for production-related transactions and reporting.

* Prepare and analyze production reports using *MS Excel/MS Office*.

* Ensure timely and accurate completion of production data and system-related activities.

* Perform other production and data management activities as assigned.
