    About this role

    Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper coding and approval according to company policies and procedures.
  2. Review and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contractual terms and agreements.
  3. Create and Maintain Vendor Masters viz., Vendor Code, Payment terms etc. Ensure robust controls over vendor master creation/modification.
  4. Prepare and process payments to vendors via electronic transfers, or other payment methods.
  5. Reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and follow up on outstanding issues.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records, including contact information, payment terms, and payment history.
  7. Assist with month-end closing activities, including accruals, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement and Operations, to resolve invoice discrepancies and address vendor inquiries.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  10. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline accounts payable processes and enhance efficiency.
  11. Provide support to the finance team as needed and perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

    12. Ideal Candidate:

  12. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  13. Proven experience in P2P process management, with at least 2 years of experience in Mid to Large scale organization.
  14. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
  15. Proficiency in ERP systems and P2P software (e.g., SAP, Odoo).
  16. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  17. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  18. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
