Senior Associate Platform Engineer

Job Title: Senior Associate Platform Engineer (AWS | DevOps | AI-Enabled Automation)

Job Description:

We are hiring a Senior Associate Platform Engineer to build and support platform services, automation frameworks and cloud infrastructure that improve software delivery, reliability and developer productivity. You will work on SDLC automation, CI/CD, internal developer platforms and AI-driven engineering (LLM workflows, AI agents, RAG, MCP integrations).

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain scalable platform services, reusable APIs, SDKs and self-service capabilities
• Build intelligent automation for development, testing, deployment, operations, governance and security
• Develop AI agents, LLM-based workflows and agent orchestration using RAG, MCP and prompt/context engineering
• Enhance internal developer platforms and improve developer experience (DevEx)
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code and cloud-native solutions on AWS
• Improve monitoring, observability and reliability; support debugging and root-cause analysis
• Embed security, compliance and governance guardrails into delivery pipelines
• Collaborate with engineering, product, security and architecture teams

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field
• 2 to 5 years of hands-on programming experience (Python, Java, Go, TypeScript or similar)
• Experience building automation, developer tools, reusable components or shared platform service.
• Mandatory: one cloud certification (AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals or Google Cloud Digital Leader)
• Preferred: DevOps, platform engineering, AI/ML or data engineering certifications.
