Role Overview

Associate / Senior Associate – Partnerships & Alliances

We are looking for a driven Partnerships professional to help manage and grow our brand alliances for CashKaro. You will manage a set of brand partner accounts, support revenue and GMV targets, and drive day‐to‐day execution with partners and internal teams. You will get hands‐on exposure to affiliate and performance marketing - how brands use it to drive growth, how commission economics work, and how strong partnerships are built - while learning directly from senior partnership managers and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Account Management & Revenue Growth

• Manage a set of brand partner accounts across Beauty, Fashion, Electronics, and other categories

• Support revenue, GMV, and margin targets for your accounts

• Work with partners on offers, commission rates, and visibility to grow account performance

• Track performance regularly and flag risks early

2. New Business Development

• Identify and reach out to potential brand partners across target categories

• Support pitches, negotiations, and onboarding of new partners

• Maintain and update the partner pipeline

3. Affiliate Operations

• Work across CPS, CPL, and CPA commission models

• Coordinate link tracking and reporting with affiliate networks

• Ensure accuracy of deals, offers, and cashback rates across all platforms

4. Campaign Execution

• Coordinate with Marketing to execute brand campaigns and activations

• Ensure timely delivery of creatives, offers, and partner commitments

• Prepare post‐campaign performance reports for partners and the team

5. Data & Reporting

• Maintain performance dashboards and reports for your accounts

• Use Excel / Google Sheets to track and analyse account performance

• Work with Analytics to identify growth opportunities

6. Market Research

• Track trends across e‐commerce, D2C, and performance marketing

• Monitor competitor activity and share insights with the team

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, sales, or marketing

• Exposure to e‐commerce brands, marketplaces, or D2C companies is a plus

• Good grasp of numbers — revenue, margins, and basic unit economics

• Strong communication and relationship‐building skills

• Highly organised and able to manage multiple partners and priorities simultaneously

• Comfortable working in a fast‐paced, high‐ownership environment

• Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets

• Ownership mindset — you take initiative and follow through
