Senior Associate Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of associates to deliver high-quality HCM services, ensuring timely completion of projects and meeting client expectations.
• Manage end to end US Onboarding Process
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions using Workday HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Benefits Administration, Compensation Management, Recruitment Management, Performance Management & Goal Setting.
• Provide technical guidance on Workday configuration and customization to meet client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in human capital management.

Job Requirements :

• 8-18 years of experience in US Onboarding/ Workday/  Human Capital Management (HCM) consulting or similar field.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM modules including Core HR, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Benefits Administration etc. .
• Excellent team handling skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively.
