Job Summary

The Senior Associate - Legal will support a broad range of legal, regulatory, and corporate matters across WazirX operations. This role involves contract management, legal research, regulatory coordination, and cross-functional legal support.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and contracts
• Support legal and regulatory compliance initiatives
• Conduct legal research across fintech, crypto, and technology regulations
• Assist with corporate governance and regulatory filings
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on legal matters and documentation
• Support litigation, compliance, and policy-related activities

Requirements

• LLB or equivalent law degree from a reputed institution
• 2-5 years of relevant legal experience
• Strong drafting and legal research capabilities
• Understanding of contract law and regulatory frameworks
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced and evolving environments
