Senior Associate - IT Support / End User Computing

Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Associate - IT Support / End User Computing (EUC) to provide onsite technical support for end users across the Hyderabad office. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing operating system installations, managing IT assets, provisioning devices, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations for employees.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in desktop support, laptop deployment, hardware troubleshooting, software installations, and user support in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Perform operating system installation, reinstallation, imaging, and upgrades.
• Support Windows and Mac devices as required.
• Handle user account management, password resets, and access-related issues.
• Manage laptop and desktop provisioning, allocation, and replacement activities.
• Track and maintain IT assets and inventory records.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications, Outlook, Teams, and Office Suite.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, VPN, and network issues.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and warranty support.
• Ensure timely resolution of tickets within defined SLA timelines.
• Assist in patch management, software deployment, and endpoint compliance activities.
• Maintain documentation of incidents, assets, and support activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Desktop Support, IT Support, or End User Computing.
• Strong troubleshooting knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Experience with hardware diagnostics and software installations.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience working with ticketing systems and IT service management processes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
