Roles& responsibilities

• Assisted in preparation and submission of Softex, SERF, MPR, APR and all periodic compliances of SEZ units/Developers
• Aware of all the features and compliance modules in SEZ online portal
• Drafting responses to notices/requirements raised by SEZ authorities
• Representation before SEZ authorities
• Handled engagements SEZ unit registration, extension of SEZ letter of approval, and exit from SEZ
• Handled engagement for obtaining permission from SEZ and Customs authorities in relation to de-bonding of goods
• Coordination with CHA for Submission of application to Customs Office seeking permission for de-bonding the goods.
• Coordination with CHA for Obtaining permission letter from Customs Office that goods may be de-bonded.
• Maintenance of Bond register
• Preparation of application, printing of documents, obtaining signature from authorized signatories for making submissions before SEZ/Customs authorities
• Handled inter-unit transfer of goods between SEZ units and co-ordinated with CHA for Obtaining approval from Customs for Inter unit Transfer
• Obtaining permission from Specified Officer in case of inter-unit transfer of goods for SEZ
• Assisted in obtaining fresh / amendment in existing Bond cum legal undertaking (BLUT),
• Import-Exporter Code, Status Holder certificate, RCMC and any other relevant registration
• Obtaining permission for re-export from SEZ / Customs/GST authorities
• Assisted in obtaining permission for Sub-contracting
• Assisted in obtaining necessary permissions for enhancement of Capital Goods limit and for attestation of list of Capital goods with SEZ authorities
• Assisted in obtaining IEC/RCMC registrations
• Assisted in making application for MEIS/SEIS/EPCG/Advance authorities and other schemes under the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP)
• Assisted in co-ordination and representation before DGFT authorities
