Senior Associate - Group Operations

About the Role

We are looking for a detailoriented Group Operations Specialist to manage the endtoend processing of new business applications for Credit Life, Group Term Insurance (GTI), Gratuity, and Superannuation products. The role requires strong data management skills, operational accuracy, and coordination with internal teams and group customers.

Key Responsibilities

• New Business Processing: Handle the complete processing of group new business applications from initial data receipt to final policy issuance.
• Data Validation & Transformation: Collect data from partners, validate submissions, resolve discrepancies, and ensure data is transformed to meet system requirements.
• System Uploads & Integration: Upload and integrate processed data into internal systems accurately for smooth policy issuance.
• Issue Resolution & Support: Identify system or processing issues and coordinate with IT/support teams for timely resolution.
• Quality Checks: Conduct regular quality control to maintain high levels of accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Client Coordination: Communicate with group customers for clarifications, data correction, and submission followups.
• Reporting: Maintain detailed records of processing activities and publish MIS reports on issuance metrics, data quality, and overall performance.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in life insurance operations.
• Graduate or PostGraduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Strong analytical and problemsolving ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of life insurance products (GTI, Credit Life, Gratuity, Superannuation).
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and process discipline.
