Roles and Responsibilities

• Managing client accounts effectively and efficiently
• Must be able to execute expat compliances for clients
• Must lead the team and handle work in an organised manner

Skills

Technical:

• Must have good knowledge on direct taxes, social security, basics of FEMA and immigration laws relevant for expat service domain
• Must have extensive experience in working on individual/expat tax matters
• Must have practical knowledge of direct tax compliances such as tax return, eTDS returns, etc.
• Handled tax assessment proceedings upto ITAT level

Other skills:

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Must be well-organized and goal-oriented professional
• Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
• Must be able to execute expat compliances for clients
• Able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Encourage team and able to mentor/lead the team
• Should have handled a team of around 3 to 5 people
