SagaciousElevate is looking for a Senior Associate – Global IP Prosecution to join our Prosecution Team and play a key role in protecting innovative ideas across global markets.

What You’ll Do
As part of this role, you will:
• Draft and prosecute patent applications across India, US & EP jurisdictions.
• Conduct prior-art and patentability searches and provide strategic insights on patentability and freedom-to-operate.
• Manage prosecution matters, including responding to FERs and Office Actions, conducting examiner interviews/hearings, and coordinating with patent offices.
• Advise clients and internal stakeholders on patent protection strategies and potential infringement considerations.

What We’re Looking For
Experience: 1+ year in patent prosecution/IP

Technical & Academic Background
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science — preferably Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
Strong technical background in relevant fields; familiarity with patent law and intellectual property regulations for IPO and USPTO.
