About this role
- French Language Certification – B2 or above (Mandatory).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French.
- Good working knowledge of English.
- 2–5 years of corporate experience in any domain such as Customer Service, Back Office, Operations, Shared Services, BPO, KPO, Banking, Financial Services, IT/ITES, Healthcare, Retail, Logistics, HR Operations, or similar corporate environments.
- Insurance or Underwriting experience is preferred but not mandatory.
