Senior Associate - Dispatch Executive

We are looking for a Dispatch Executive to ensure the timely and accurate dispatch of finished goods in line with customer orders and delivery schedules. The role involves coordinating shipments, preparing and maintaining dispatch documentation, and executing accurate SAP entries to ensure seamless logistics operations and compliance with organizational processes. The ideal candidate should have good coordination skills, attention to detail, and experience in dispatch, logistics, and SAP-based inventory transactions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dispatch documents, including delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, packing lists and transport documents.
• Generate and process dispatch-related documents and transactions in SAP.
• Coordinate with Production, Stores, Sales and Logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch of finished goods.
• Arrange transportation and coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement and delivery.
• Verify product quantities, packing details and customer dispatch requirements before shipment.
• Maintain dispatch registers, proof of delivery (POD) and other relevant records.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company dispatch procedures.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate or Diploma holder in any relevant discipline.
• 2-4 years of experience in dispatch operations, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
• Hands-on experience in SAP-based dispatch documentation is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of invoicing, e-way bills, delivery challans and transportation documentation.
• Basic computer skills and good coordination abilities.
