Senior Associate Corporate Communications

Role & responsibilities:

• Develop and manage internal and external communication content.
• Create engaging posters, PPTs, videos, emails and social media posts.
• Prepare newsletters, press releases, case studies, white papers and thought-leadership content.
• Develop targeted communication campaigns for specific audiences.
• Support employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative and business teams.
• Collect and consolidate information/data from various teams.
• Support communication and engagement projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Promote products and services through effective communication.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred candidate profile

• 4+ years of experience in Corporate Communications, Internal Communications, Marketing Communications, Content Creation, or Employee Engagement.
• Strong skills in Creative Writing, Copywriting, Graphic Design, and Communication.
• Experience creating posters, PPTs, videos, emails, newsletters, social media posts, and other communication materials.
• Good understanding of employee engagement activities and communication campaigns.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strategic Planning and Event Planning experience will be an added advantage.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications or a relevant discipline.
