Senior Associate Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor enterprise infrastructure applications and network services through command center tools
• Identify triage and escalate critical incidents as per defined procedures
• Coordinate bridge calls during major incidents and outages
• Track incidents through resolution and ensure adherence to SLAs
• Analyze alerts and events to minimize service disruptions
• Provide real time status updates to stakeholders and management teams
• Maintain incident logs reports and operational dashboards
• Work closely with infrastructure network application and support teams for issue resolution
• Support problem management activities by identifying recurring issues and trends
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes for Incident Event and Change Management
