• Assess a company's current processes across commercial, finance and operations functions to identify pain points and gaps that are impacting working capital, cash flow and profitability.
• Analyse transactional and operational data to deliver critical insights to clients.
• Develop strategies and implement measurable improvements to optimize inventory management, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional client teams to assess financial and operational performance and recommend actionable insights.
• Prepare detailed reports and powerpoint presentations for clients, summarizing findings and recommendations.
• Assist in business development activities including preparing presentations for client and internal pursuit meetings.
• Assisting in identifying opportunity areas for working capital improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in working capital management.

• People with the ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial and legal requirements. You will need a practical approach to solving issues and complex problems with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions. • Bachelor of Engineering / Chartered Accountant + MBA (from a premier institution);

• 3-6 years of experience in consulting, finance or a related field, with a focus on working capital optimization; Experience in finance transformation, supply chain optimisation or process improvement projects.
