Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the branch team to achieve business targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Drive sales performance and wealth management business growth within the branch.
• Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and operational risk guidelines.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their professional capabilities and career progression.
• Resolve customer escalations effectively and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in branch management or leading sales teams within the consumer banking sector.
• Strong understanding of retail banking products, wealth management, and financial regulatory frameworks.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting business targets and driving team performance.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
