Senior Art Director _ Gurgaon / Mumbai Location @ Fulltime role

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Art Director / Creative Lead who can transform business objectives, briefs, and ideas into high-impact, visually compelling creative communication. The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with advertising/creative agencies, understand industry-standard creative practices, and have the ability to take a concept from idea visual direction creative execution.

This role requires someone who is not only an excellent visual thinker but also understands brands, audiences, competitors, and communication strategy.

Must-Have Skills

• 810 years of professional experience in Art Direction, Creative Design or Advertising.
• Strong experience in a creative/advertising agency environment.
• Excellent conceptual and visual thinking.
• Strong understanding of Art Direction and visual storytelling.
• Ability to convert ideas/briefs into creative concepts and final outputs.
• Strong understanding of:
• Layout & composition
• Typography
• Colour theory
• Photography
• Illustration
• Visual hierarchy
• Branding
• Digital & social media design
• Strong competitor and industry research skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
• High attention to detail and commitment to creative quality.
• Ability to maintain industry-standard design and advertising practices.

Software / Tools

• Strong proficiency in relevant creative tools such as:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• After Effects / Premiere Pro – added advantage
• Figma – added advantage
• AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Gemini, ChatGPT, Runway, etc. – highly desirable.
