Senior Area Sales Manager - Tiles

Job Role:

Candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience with a building materials background (Pref Tiles or Tile Adhesive Sales).

He will be responsible for handling Tiles sales in assigned market.

Location: Udaipur, Vadodara, Durgapur, Chennai.

Experience: 2 - 4 years.

For this requirement, you should target Business Development (BD) persons or specification individuals who work closely with Architects & Interior Designers (A & B segment architect) in companies dealing with laminates, Tiles, wooden flooring, veneers, sanitaryware, premium building materials architect-based materials.

The ideal profile should include:

- Handling Builder and channel Partner (A, B Arch. & G+4 projects) and retail sales segment.

- Experience in Project / Specification + retail or channel sales.

- Strong network with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders/developers in house architect, PMC con.

Candidate Profile:

- 2 - 4 years of experience in Business Development / project / corporate sales / and Channel sales within the building materials industry.

- Presentable personality with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- Target-oriented with a proactive approach. Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and reporting tools.

- Own conveyance required; local candidates preferred.
