Role & responsibilities:

• Team Management.
• Channel Relationship.
• Workshops, Camps.
• Regular training of Bank employees regarding TAGIC Products.
• Timely follow up with the clients.
• Tracking religiously in first week of every month.
• Driving Bank for retention first.
• Proper QC and issuance of premium collected.
• Proactive in handling claims with in TAT.
• Maintaining Hygiene 

Preferred candidate profile :

• Post Graduation is mandatory
• Candidate must have minimum 6 years of team handling experience in Banca Channel of General Insurance Sales
