Business Development Associate - Field Sales

Role Overview We are looking for a Business Development Associate to build relationships with hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers and generate patient referrals for medical loans and crowdfunding. Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, doctors, and hospital staff.

Conduct regular hospital/field visits.

Identify patients who need financial support and generate leads.

Explain medical loan and crowdfunding options to patients and families.

Assist with documentation and application processes.

Coordinate with internal teams for lead conversion.

Track leads, referrals, conversions, and disbursals.

Requirements

Graduation is mandatory

1 year+ of experience in Sales, Business Development, Healthcare, Fintech, Insurance, or Financial Services.

Good communication and relationship-building skills.

English and Hindi proficiency.

Comfortable with regular field travel.

Basic knowledge of CRM and digital tools.

Target-oriented and self-motivated
