Business Development Associate - Field Sales

Role Overview We are looking for a Business Development Associate to build relationships with hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers and generate patient referrals for medical loans and crowdfunding. Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, doctors, and hospital staff.
• Conduct regular hospital/field visits.
• Identify patients who need financial support and generate leads.
• Explain medical loan and crowdfunding options to patients and families.
• Assist with documentation and application processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams for lead conversion.
• Track leads, referrals, conversions, and disbursals.

Requirements

• Graduation is mandatory
• 1 year+ of experience in Sales, Business Development, Healthcare, Fintech, Insurance, or Financial Services.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
• English and Hindi proficiency.
• Comfortable with regular field travel.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and digital tools.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
