Senior Area Manager-Direct | Life Insurance

We have an urgent openings for the position of Senior Area Manager with most of the leading Life Insurance company in Direct Vertical.

• Managing a team of 3 to 5 Branch Manager / Senior Branch Manager.
• Train the team to understand financial requirements of the prospective customer.
• Guide team members to the right financial Instrument in a given situation.
• Distribute and maintain leads of prospective customers provided by the company.
• Maintain dally activity sheet to ensure Fresh Appointments per FLS.
• Work in the field jointly to boost business and to impart practical knowledge.
• Organize sales promotion activities to generate prospective leads a conduct marketing activities. Maximize the lead conversions.
• Give presentation and explain to prospective clients the need for insurance and investments.
