Senior Area Manager- Banca | Life Insurance

We have an urgent opening for the position of Senior Area Manager in Banca Vertical in one of the leading Life Insurance Company.

• Handling a team of 8 to 10 Branch Managers.
• Define and implement the vertical strategy aligned with organisational objectives.
• Identify new partnership opportunities and strengthen existing relationships.
• Set annual business plans, budgets, and performance targets for the vertical.
• Drive achievement of APE, NOP, and persistency targets for the vertical.
• Monitor regional performance and implement corrective actions.
• Build strong relationships with senior leadership of partner institutions.
• Negotiate commercial terms and ensure smooth execution of agreements.
• Design engagement programs to enhance partner loyalty and collaboration.
• Lead Regional Heads and managers within the vertical.
• Foster a high-performance culture through capability building and mentoring.
• Ensure alignment of regional teams with vertical strategy and compliance standards.
• Drive adoption of digital tools for sales and servicing within the vertical.
• Collaborate with technology teams to implement innovative solutions.
• Streamline processes to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations and internal risk frameworks.
• Oversee audits, regulatory reporting, and governance protocols.
• Promote ethical practices and maintain high standards of integrity.
