Senior Architecture

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
• 15+ years of experience in architectural design and BIM modeling.
• Proficiency in Revit Architecture, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360, and related architectural software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
• Experience in BIM coordination and clash detection.

Roles and Responsibilities
Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and design solutions for residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation. Coordinate with structural, civil, MEP, and other engineering disciplines. Perform design reviews and ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and client standards. Lead BIM/Revit modeling activities and manage architectural deliverables. Review shop drawings and construction documents. Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and technical discussions. Mentor junior architects and provide technical guidance. Support proposal preparation, man-hour estimation, and project planning activities. Ensure timely delivery of quality project outputs.
