Senior Architecture BIM Engineer

Role & responsibilities:

• Develop accurate architectural BIM models from point cloud and laser scan data.
• Create as-built models using Autodesk Revit.
• Process and manage point cloud data using Autodesk ReCap Pro.
• Model architectural components including walls, floors, doors, windows, ceilings, roofs, and stairs.
• Ensure model accuracy and compliance with project requirements and BIM standards.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver project milestones effectively.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and BIM deliverables.

Required Technical Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture/Structure).
• Experience with Autodesk Navisworks Manage for clash detection and coordination.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
• Understanding of ISO 19650, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and LOD 300/400 standards.
• Experience with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud is preferred.
• Familiarity with COBie standards and asset information management.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite

Preferred candidate profile:

• Candidates based in Chennai or willing to relocate.
• Experience working on Gulf or international projects will be an added advantage.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days are preferred.
