Senior Architect

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and develop architectural plans for data centers, pump houses, and other industrial facilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet project requirements and client needs.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and provide solutions.
• Develop detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for building projects.

Job Requirements :

• 10-20 years of experience in architecture or interior designing with a focus on commercial buildings (data centers, pump houses).
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in creating detailed designs using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) or similar tools.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, engineers.
