Job Description Conceptual Design Architect

Experience: 6–8 Years

*Role Overview*

We are looking for a Conceptual Design Architect with 6–8 years of experience to develop creative design concepts and translate project requirements into functional, aesthetically strong architectural designs.

*Key Responsibilities*

- Develop architectural concepts based on the project brief, client requirements, and site conditions.

- Prepare initial design options, sketches, massing studies, and 3D views.

- Develop building layouts, space planning, and circulation concepts.

- Explore faade designs, materials, and architectural styles.

- Prepare concept presentations, diagrams, and design development drawings.

- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior design teams.

- Ensure designs comply with applicable building regulations and development guidelines.

- Incorporate client feedback and refine designs through various stages.

- Work closely with the design team to maintain design quality and project timelines.

*Required Skills*

- Strong conceptual thinking and architectural design skills.

- Good understanding of building planning, proportions, and spatial relationships.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar design tools.

- Knowledge of 3D visualization tools such as Enscape, D5 Render, or equivalent.

- Good presentation, communication, and coordination skills.

- Ability to manage design tasks independently and work within a team.

*Qualification*

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.

- 5–8 years of relevant experience in architectural conceptual design.

*Preferred*

Experience in residential, commercial, mixed-use, and large-scale development projects.
