Senior Architect

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and develop architectural designs, models, and renderings using software such as Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Collaborate with project teams to understand design requirements and create detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress of ongoing projects and provide feedback on design implementation.
• Develop presentations and reports to communicate design concepts and project updates to clients.

Job Requirements :

• 4-10 years of experience in architecture or a related field.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Autocad), and other relevant software tools.
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainable design principles.
