Senior Architect

Role & responsibilities

• Develop 2D architectural plans, 3D models, elevations, and presentation drawings.
• Prepare complete working drawings, including floor plans, sections, elevations, staircases, centerline layouts, and slab details.
• Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, electrical, plumbing, and other MEP requirements.
• Design independent houses, luxury villas, apartments, and commercial spaces.
• Understand client requirements and develop practical, aesthetically appealing design solutions.
• Prepare architectural material specifications, quantity inputs, and design documentation to support BOQs and quotations.
• Coordinate with structural engineers, site engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Conduct site visits and ensure architectural work is executed according to approved drawings.
• Manage drawing revisions, design approvals, and project deadlines.
• Provide design guidance to junior architects and draftsmen.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Arch from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Experience independently handling residential and commercial projects.
• Strong portfolio of completed architectural work.
