Job Overview;

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our healthcare design team. The ideal candidate should have strong design and drafting skills, good communication abilities, and a willingness to travel for project coordination and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop concept designs, schematic layouts, and detailed architectural drawings
• Prepare working drawings, construction drawings, and presentation drawings
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and project stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with building codes, healthcare planning standards, and safety regulations
• Participate in site visits, inspections, and coordination meetings
• Support design revisions, documentation, and approval processes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Architecture
• Strong architectural design and planning skills
• Excellent drafting and detailing capabilities
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office
• Good understanding of construction practices and building regulations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
• Willingness to travel for project requirements

Preferred Skills

• Experience in healthcare, hospital, or institutional projects
• Knowledge of healthcare planning standards and workflows
• Site coordination experience
