Senior Architect

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural design and planning for high-rise residential/commercial projects.
• Develop and review architectural drawings, detailed drawings and construction documentation.
• Prepare and coordinate design details from concept through execution.
• Ensure architectural designs comply with UDCPR, NBC and applicable building regulations.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape and other consultants.
• Review drawings, specifications and technical documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Work closely with project teams and consultants to resolve design and technical issues.
• Conduct detailed study and practical application of relevant development control regulations and building codes.
• Coordinate with site/project teams during execution and provide necessary architectural inputs.
• Manage design deliverables, timelines and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
• Guide and mentor junior architects and design team members.
• Ensure quality, functionality and design intent are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
