Senior Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
• Prepare working drawings and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and other consultants.
• Conduct site visits and monitor work as per approved drawings and design standards.
• Review drawings, materials, dimensions, and specifications for accuracy.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and project teams.
• Make revisions and modifications based on project requirements.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes and regulations.
• Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, and project-related documents.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned design and documentation work.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, Lumion or similar software will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of architectural planning and construction details.
• Strong design and visualization skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
