Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Architect to lead design teams on complex residential and commercial projects. You will drive design vision, mentor junior architects, and collaborate directly with clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design from concept through construction documentation
- Manage client relationships and design presentations
- Mentor and guide junior architects and interns
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams
- Ensure design quality and intent through all project phases
Requirements
- B.Arch from a recognised institution
- Council of Architecture (CoA) registration mandatory
- 5+ years of professional experience in a design firm
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence
