Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to manage end-to-end architectural responsibilities for building construction projects. The role involves design leadership, coordination with consultants, site execution support, and client interaction across multiple project stages.

Key Responsibilities

Construction & Architecture

• Lead architectural planning and design from concept to completion
• Prepare and review concept designs, schematic layouts, working drawings, and GFC drawings
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants
• Ensure compliance with local by-laws, NBC, fire norms, and statutory regulations
• Conduct site visits to resolve design and execution-related issues
• Review BOQs, specifications, and tender drawings

Leadership & Coordination

• Manage and mentor junior architects and design teams
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and external stakeholders
• Conduct design reviews and value engineering for cost and constructability optimization

Technical Skills & Tools

• Strong expertise in architectural detailing
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp
• Working knowledge of Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and construction techniques
• Knowledge of Indian building codes and approval processes
• Familiarity with project coordination and site execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch)
• Registered with Council of Architecture (COA)
• Minimum 4 years of experience handling construction projects
• Proven experience managing projects from concept to handover
