Senior Architect

Role Overview

Play a critical leadership role in driving the design vision, technical excellence, and successful implementation of the projects from design to execution. This position requires a balance of creativity, technical proficiency, project management, and team leadership.

The candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring design integrity, regulatory compliance, and alignment with client objectives while mentoring junior team members and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with design, MEP and liasoning consultants for drawings and monitor/ issue GFC drawings.
• Site visit to monitor and track the construction in line with drawings.
• Slab checking - Conduct periodic site visits to monitor progress and quality
• Coordinate internal reviews and approvals at key project stages
• Oversee preparation of detailed drawings, specifications, and BOQs
• Review technical drawings for accuracy, constructability, and compliance
• Prepare Project Feasibility under various DCPR Regulations
• Present conceptual plans for redevelopment project meetings with Society
• Address on-site issues, RFIs (Requests for Information), and deviations
• Collaborate with project managers and site engineers
