Qualification: B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture)

Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed drawings.
• Prepare working drawings, layouts, elevations, sections, and construction details.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Handle project planning and execution from concept to completion.
• Review drawings and ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with site teams.
• Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and project documentation.
• Ensure projects are completed within the required timelines and quality standards.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of architectural design and construction.
• Excellent understanding of materials, detailing, and execution.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to independently manage projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max/Revit, Photoshop, Lumion/Enscape, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of other relevant architectural/design tools is an advantage.

Requirements:

• B.Arch qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
