Job Description

Sage Realty is looking for a skilled and experienced Architect to join our team in Bhopal. The candidate will be responsible for architectural planning, design development, working drawings, project coordination and execution support for residential, commercial, high-rise and township development projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare architectural layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections and detailed working drawings.
2. Develop residential apartment, bungalow, commercial building, shopping complex and township layouts.
3. Prepare and review architectural drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and other design software.
4. Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors and project execution teams.
5. Ensure architectural designs comply with local building bylaws, TNCP, municipal regulations and applicable RERA requirements.
6. Prepare and review sanction drawings, submission plans, GFC drawings and construction details.
7. Optimize building layouts for maximum space utilization, functional planning and project efficiency.
8. Conduct regular site visits to monitor execution quality and ensure work is as per approved drawings.
9. Review drawings, identify design conflicts and provide practical solutions during construction.
10. Coordinate with external architects, consultants and internal management for timely project delivery.

Candidate Requirements

• B.Arch degree from a recognized institution.
• 3–10 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Experience in residential and commercial real estate projects.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and architectural working drawings.
• Understanding of building bylaws, FAR/FSI, setbacks, parking norms and approval processes.
• Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, 3D visualization and BIM will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of construction methods, materials and site execution.
• Strong communication, technical coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with real estate developers or architectural consultancy firms preferred.

Preferred Candidate: An architect who can independently handle architectural drawings, consultant coordination, approval-related documentation and on-site architectural execution.
