Senior Architect Designer

We are looking for a skilled Senior Interior Designer with 35+ years of experience in interior design. The candidate should have strong design skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage projects and coordinate with clients and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 2D drawings, layouts, elevations, and working drawings using AutoCAD.
• Create 3D models and realistic renders using SketchUp and Enscape / D5 / Lumion.
• Handle space planning, furniture layouts, material selection, and interior detailing.
• Conduct site visits, take measurements, and prepare drawings based on site conditions.
• Prepare BOQs, material schedules, and project-related documents using Excel.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, junior designers, and site teams.
• Ensure designs are completed accurately and within project timelines.
• Assist in presentations and communicate design concepts to clients.

Eligibility

• Qualification: B.Arch / B.Sc. Interior Design.
• Experience: 3–5+ years in Interior Design.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD 2D&3D SketchUp, and Enscape / D5 / Lumion.
• Good understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, and space planning.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: 25,000 – 40,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.
