Education: Graduate

1. Senior AR Executive

Experience:

-1+ years in US healthcare AR/Medical Billing.

- Handle insurance follow-ups, denial management, and outstanding claims.

- Contact US insurance companies to ensure timely claim resolution and reimbursement.

- Knowledge of US healthcare, provider-side billing, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is required.

- Meet productivity, quality, and TAT targets.

2. AR Team Leader

Experience:

-Minimum 4 years in AR, including team handling experience.

- Lead and manage the AR team and monitor daily performance.

- Handle escalations, claim denials, insurance follow-ups, and outstanding accounts.

- Drive team productivity, quality, and TAT targets.

- Provide training, manage reports, and ensure process compliance.
