Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior AR Caller with strong expertise in Workers Compensation, Denial Management, Claims Management, Medicare, Medicaid, and Multi-Specialty Medical Billing. The candidate must have excellent verbal communication skills and experience working with different US states and insurance portals.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle AR follow-ups for outstanding medical claims and unpaid insurance accounts.
• Manage Medicare, Medicaid, and Workers’ Compensation claims.
• Analyze and resolve claim denials, rejections, and underpayments.
• Perform insurance follow-ups and resolve outstanding claim issues.
• Handle Workers’ Compensation claims across different US states, following state-specific requirements.
• Work with multiple insurance portals and payer websites to check claim status and resolve billing issues.
• Manage AR activities across multiple medical specialties (Multi-Specialty).
• Identify denial trends and implement appropriate actions for effective Denial Management.
• Maintain accurate documentation of calls, claims, and follow-up activities.
• Communicate confidently with US insurance representatives to resolve claim-related issues.
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and collection targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in US Healthcare AR Calling / Medical Billing.
• Strong hands-on experience in Workers’ Compensation.
• Excellent knowledge of Denial Management and Claims Resolution.
• Experience handling Medicare and Medicaid claims.
• Hands-on experience working with Multi-Specialty Medical Billing.
• Knowledge of Workers’ Compensation processes across different US states.
• Experience using different insurance portals and payer websites.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, especially when communicating with US insurance representatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with 4+ years of experience, strong expertise in Workers’ Compensation, Denial Management, Claims, Medicare, Medicaid, and Multi-Specialty Medical Billing, along with excellent verbal communication skills, will be given priority.

Candidates must have relevant hands-on experience in Workers’ Compensation and strong verbal communication skills.
