Senior AR Caller

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage AR calls to resolve outstanding accounts receivable issues with insurance companies, patients, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and address denials by investigating root causes, appealing denied claims, and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies, ensuring accurate coding and submission of claims.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

• 3-4 years of experience in US Healthcare industry or related field.
• Strong knowledge of AR calling processes, denial management, voice process operations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
