Senior AR Caller

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage AR calls to resolve outstanding accounts receivable issues with healthcare providers.
• Identify and address denials by investigating root causes, appealing denied claims, and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely payment processing and minimize write-offs.
• Analyze revenue cycle metrics to optimize processes and improve cash flow.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in AR calling or related field (e.g., medical billing).
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with healthcare providers over the phone.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
