Senior AR Caller

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve customer queries, disputes, and issues related to medical billing.
• Process patient payments, post charges accurately, and maintain accurate records in the system.
• Identify potential denials and work with internal teams to resolve them before submitting claims for payment.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to patients' inquiries and addressing their concerns.

Job Requirements :

• 2-4 years of experience in accounts receivable calling or similar role in the healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of dental billing processes and regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
• Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with patients over phone calls.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems (EHRs) or other relevant software.
