Senior AR Caller

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve customer queries, disputes, and issues related to billing and payment.
• Identify and address denials by investigating root causes, appealing denied claims, and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as hospital administration, medical records department, and patient access services to resolve complex billing issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in AR calling or similar role in a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes, including billing procedures and regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
• Excellent communication skills for effective phone conversations with patients/families/providers.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks efficiently.
