Senior AR Caller

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage AR calls to resolve outstanding accounts receivable issues with healthcare providers.
• Identify and address denials by investigating root causes, appealing denied claims, and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure accurate medical coding.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with patients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in AR calling, denial management, or related field (RCM).
• Strong knowledge of medical billing processes and regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
• Excellent communication skills for effective phone conversations with customers.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting productivity targets.
