Senior Ar Caller

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage AR calls to resolve outstanding accounts receivable issues with healthcare providers.
• Identify and appeal denied claims, negotiate settlements, and reduce write-offs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and improve revenue cycle management.
• Analyze denial trends and implement process improvements to minimize future occurrences.

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in medical billing, appeals, or AR calling.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10 coding system and HIPAA regulations.
• Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation with healthcare providers.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
