Job Description – AR Caller (Denial Management)

Location: Bangalore
Experience: 1+ Years in US Healthcare RCM / AR Calling
Process: Denial Management / Accounts Receivable

Job Responsibilities

• Handle denied, rejected, and unpaid US healthcare claims.
• Analyze denial codes and identify the root cause of denials.
• Follow up with insurance companies through calls and payer portals.
• Handle claim status, reprocessing requests, corrected claims, and appeals.
• Coordinate with coding, billing, eligibility, and authorization teams for denial resolution.
• Maintain accurate claim notes, call reference numbers, and follow-up dates.
• Work on aging AR and prioritize high-value and critical accounts.
• Identify recurring denial trends and support denial prevention initiatives.
• Achieve assigned productivity, quality, and collection targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in US Healthcare AR / Denial Management.
• Good knowledge of US healthcare insurance and payer processes.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience in handling denial codes and claim follow-up.
• Willingness to work in US/night shifts.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred.
